Bavaria revisited, a gallery on Flickr.
The first step of improvements so far I have just moved the framed photos to the end of the gallery. For me this is a very big improvement already compared to the look of the original gallery. Now I have to find replacements for the framed photos. With several billion unframed photos on flickr there should be enough choice of photos that don´t spoil the look of my gallery.
This is a gallery where one of my photos got included. The gallery is good but in my opinion it has some flaws due to photos with distracting frames or the wrong image format. I´ll try to recreate and then improve this gallery.

My first succesful attempt with selective desturation.
This started as a portrait mode photo with the majority of the frame slightly out of focus. Cropping to 3:1 format together with the desaturation turned an almost ruined image into something spectacular.
I like to use a lot of different aspect ratios. But currently I concentrate my efforts on the square and the 3:1 ratio.
